Omnilogin Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Omnilogin antidetect browser software product and related platform. Please read them carefully before using our software. Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
"Software" means the Omnilogin desktop software product (based on Chromium technology), browser extensions, automation scripts, and any updates, patches, or new versions thereof. Omnilogin is distributed as a software product that the User downloads and installs on their own device.
"Service" refers to the Omnilogin software product and related platform, including the desktop application, web dashboard, API access, browser profile management, workflow automation features, and all related materials accessible at omnilogin.net and docs.omnilogin.net.
"User" (also referred to as "you" or "your") means any individual or legal entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Software, whether under Free Edition or a paid License.
"Account" means the unique account created by a User to manage their Software, identified by an email address and protected by authentication credentials.
"Content" means any data, text, browser profiles, automation workflows, configurations, proxy settings, and other materials created, uploaded, or stored by Users through the Software.
"Free Edition" means the free version of the Software that the User owns perpetually upon download, including the features and the limited browser profile and team-member quotas designated as Free Edition on the pricing page. Free Edition has no time limit and is yours to keep forever.
"Pro Edition License" (also "License") means a paid license that unlocks advanced features and increased quotas of the Software for a fixed validity period (e.g., 1-month or 12-month). A License is a one-time purchase of the right to use the upgraded features for the validity period stated on the invoice; it is not a recurring service subscription.
"Omnilogin" (also referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to CÔNG TY TNHH HIVESOFT (operating under the Omnilogin brand), headquartered at Tầng 6, tòa nhà MD Complex, số 68 Nguyễn Cơ Thạch, Phường Từ Liêm, Thành phố Hà Nội, Việt Nam.
2. Eligibility
To use the Omnilogin Service, you must meet the following requirements:
- •Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Minors under 18 are not permitted to create an Account or use the Service.
- •Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and under Vietnamese law, pursuant to the Civil Code of Vietnam 2015.
- •Not Prohibited: You must not be prohibited from using the Service under Vietnamese law (Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14), applicable sanctions, export control regulations, or any other applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- •Authority: If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an Account. By registering, you agree to the following:
Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep your Account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate Account termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, password, and any two-factor authentication methods). You must immediately notify Omnilogin at admin@omnilogin.net of any unauthorized access or security breach.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may only maintain one personal Account. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent Software limitations, abuse Free Edition, or violate these Terms is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated Accounts.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Omnilogin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
4. License & Payment
Free Edition and Pro Edition Licenses
Omnilogin is distributed as a software product. Free Edition is yours to keep forever upon download - no payment required, no time limit. Pro Edition Licenses unlock advanced features and increased quotas of the Software for a fixed validity period (1-month, 12-month, or other tiers shown on the pricing page at omnilogin.net). The features and prices for each tier are detailed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove License tiers at any time; existing Licenses remain valid at the price you paid for their full purchased validity period.
One-Time Payment per License - No Auto-Renewal
Each Pro Edition License is a one-time payment for a fixed validity period. Omnilogin does NOT auto-renew Licenses and does NOT automatically charge your payment method after the initial purchase. To continue using Pro Edition features after your License period ends, you must manually purchase a new License. After your Pro Edition License expires, you continue to own and use Free Edition without any interruption.
Price Changes
Omnilogin may adjust License pricing from time to time. Existing active Licenses are honored at the price you paid for their full validity period. New License purchases will be at the then-current price. We will provide at least 30 days' notice on our website before any material price change takes effect.
Taxes
The Omnilogin software product is sold as a copyrighted software work. License fees may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. For Users in Vietnam, sales of Omnilogin Software product Licenses are treated in accordance with Vietnamese tax law on registered software products.
Payment Methods
We accept Vietnamese bank QR (VietQR) for instant domestic transfers and PayPal for international payments. Funds are transferred directly to Omnilogin's accounts; we do not collect or store card numbers, bank account credentials, or other sensitive financial data on our servers. Each payment method is governed by the respective provider's terms of service.
5. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every new Pro Edition License. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your License purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
- ✓First-time Pro Edition License purchases within 14 days of the transaction date
- ✓The Account has not been terminated for violation of these Terms
- ✓The refund request is submitted via email to admin@omnilogin.net with your Account and order details
Refund Exceptions
- ✗Repeat or follow-up License purchases after a previous License of the same tier
- ✗License upgrades or tier changes purchased after the initial 14-day period
- ✗Accounts terminated due to violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
- ✗Add-on purchases (additional profiles, team seats) outside the initial License
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Upon refund, Pro Edition features will be locked and your Account will return to Free Edition immediately. The Software itself remains installed and Free Edition continues to be yours to keep.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Omnilogin is a legitimate privacy protection and multi-account management tool designed for lawful business purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Vietnamese law (including the Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14) and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to:
- ✗Fraud & Deception: Engage in any form of fraud, identity theft, phishing, financial scams, or deceptive practices
- ✗Illegal Scraping: Scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites or platforms in violation of their terms of service or applicable law
- ✗Malware Distribution: Distribute, host, or facilitate the spread of viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software
- ✗Copyright Infringement: Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or display of copyrighted materials
- ✗Impersonation: Impersonate any person, business, or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- ✗Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Users' Accounts, Omnilogin systems, or any third-party systems
- ✗Spam & Abuse: Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other Users
- ✗Illegal Activities: Use the Service for any activity prohibited under Vietnamese law or the laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or trade in illegal goods
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without prior notice, and Omnilogin reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
Omnilogin's Intellectual Property
The Service, Software, and all associated intellectual property (including but not limited to source code, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary algorithms) are and remain the exclusive property of Omnilogin. These are protected by Vietnamese intellectual property law (Law on Intellectual Property No. 50/2005/QH11, as amended) and international copyright treaties. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Omnilogin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes. Free Edition features are licensed perpetually; Pro Edition features are licensed for the validity period of the Pro Edition License you have purchased. This license does not permit you to:
- ✗Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
- ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code
- ✗Sublicense, sell, resell, lease, or redistribute the Software to any third party
- ✗Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- ✗Use the Software to build a competing product or service
Your Content
You retain ownership of any Content you create through the Service (browser profiles, automation workflows, configurations). By using the Service, you grant Omnilogin a limited license to process your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
8. Service Availability & SLA
Uptime Commitment
Omnilogin strives to maintain 99.5% uptime for our cloud services (web dashboard, API, profile synchronization). We monitor our systems 24/7 and work to resolve any issues promptly. The desktop application operates independently of our servers for core browser functionality.
Scheduled Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability. Whenever possible, we will provide at least 48 hours' advance notice through our website, in-app notifications, or Telegram channels. Scheduled maintenance windows are not counted against our uptime commitment.
Downtime Compensation
In the event of unplanned cloud-service interruptions exceeding 24 consecutive hours, holders of an active Pro Edition License may request compensation in the form of a License validity extension. Compensation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident to admin@omnilogin.net.
Force Majeure
Omnilogin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, war, or civil unrest.
9. Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- No Indirect Damages: Omnilogin, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall Omnilogin's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount you have paid to Omnilogin in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These limitations apply regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnilogin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:
- •Your use or misuse of the Service
- •Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- •Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- •Any Content you create, store, or transmit through the Service
- •Any claim by a third party resulting from your activities using the Service
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your Account and these Terms.
11. License Expiry & Account Termination
When Your Pro Edition License Expires
License expiry is NOT account termination. When your Pro Edition License period ends:
- ✓The Software is not uninstalled or revoked
- ✓Your Account is not suspended
- ✓Your browser profiles, cookies, and stored data are not deleted
- ✓All Free Edition features remain fully usable forever
- ✓Pro Edition features return to a locked state until you purchase a new License
Stopping Pro Edition Use
You may stop using Pro Edition features at any time by simply not purchasing a new License when your current one expires. After expiry, your Account automatically returns to Free Edition. You retain all Free Edition features forever.
Account Deletion by You
To delete your Account entirely, contact admin@omnilogin.net. Account deletion removes your Account record and stored data, but does not affect any Software you have already downloaded.
Termination by Omnilogin
Omnilogin may suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) you engage in activities prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy; (c) your use poses a security risk to the Service or other Users; (d) required by law or a government order; or (e) your Account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Termination by Omnilogin for breach is distinct from License expiry and may revoke your license to use the Software.
Data Retention After Account Termination
After Account termination, Omnilogin will retain your Account data for 30 days to allow for Account recovery or data export requests. After this period, your Account data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by Vietnamese law (e.g., financial records retained for the period required by tax regulations).
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the following process:
Step 1: Negotiation
The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this by sending a written notice to admin@omnilogin.net describing the dispute and your proposed resolution. We will respond within 15 business days.
Step 2: Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Mediation costs shall be shared equally between the parties.
Step 3: Litigation
If mediation fails or is not pursued within 60 days, either party may bring the dispute before the competent courts of Hà Nội, Việt Nam, in accordance with the Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010 (No. 54/2010/QH12) and the Code of Civil Procedure 2015.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The following Vietnamese legislation is specifically applicable:
- •Civil Code 2015 (Law No. 91/2015/QH13)
- •Law on Electronic Transactions 2023 (Law No. 20/2023/QH15)
- •Law on Cybersecurity 2018 (Law No. 24/2018/QH14)
- •Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023 (Law No. 19/2023/QH15)
- •Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection
For international Users, where Vietnamese law conflicts with mandatory consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction, the more protective provision shall apply to the extent required by local law.
14. Changes to Terms
Omnilogin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before material changes take effect, through one or more of the following methods:
- •Email notification to the address associated with your Account
- •A prominent notice on our website at omnilogin.net
- •In-app notification within the Omnilogin Software
Your continued use of the Software after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Software before the changes take effect.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to:
Proxy Partners
Omnilogin integrates with 100+ proxy service providers. These integrations are provided for your convenience. Omnilogin does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, quality, or practices of third-party proxy services. Your use of proxy services is subject to each provider's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Payment Gateways
Payments are processed through Vietnamese banks via VietQR transfers and through PayPal. Omnilogin does not store your card information or banking credentials. Each payment provider operates under its own terms of service, which apply to the corresponding transactions.
Other Integrations
The Service may offer integrations with automation platforms, cloud storage providers, and other third-party tools. Omnilogin is not responsible for the performance, security, or data practices of these third-party services. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use.
The inclusion of any third-party integration or link does not imply Omnilogin's endorsement or recommendation. You access and use third-party services at your own risk.
