Omnilogin Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Omnilogin antidetect browser and workflow automation platform. Please read them carefully before using our services. Last updated: March 31, 2026
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
"Service" refers to the Omnilogin antidetect browser platform, including the desktop application, web dashboard, API access, browser profile management, workflow automation features, and all related services accessible at omnilogin.net and docs.omnilogin.net.
"User" (also referred to as "you" or "your") means any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Service, whether through a free or paid Subscription.
"Account" means the unique account created by a User to access and use the Service, identified by an email address and protected by authentication credentials.
"Software" means the Omnilogin desktop application (based on Chromium technology), browser extensions, automation scripts, and any updates, patches, or new versions thereof.
"Content" means any data, text, browser profiles, automation workflows, configurations, proxy settings, and other materials created, uploaded, or stored by Users through the Service.
"Subscription" means the paid or free plan selected by the User that determines the features, browser profile limits, team member access, and usage quotas available to the User.
"Omnilogin" (also referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to the company operating the Service, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
2. Eligibility
To use the Omnilogin Service, you must meet the following requirements:
- •Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Minors under 18 are not permitted to create an Account or use the Service.
- •Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and under Vietnamese law, pursuant to the Civil Code of Vietnam 2015.
- •Not Prohibited: You must not be prohibited from using the Service under Vietnamese law (Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14), applicable sanctions, export control regulations, or any other applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- •Authority: If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an Account. By registering, you agree to the following:
Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep your Account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate Account termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, password, and any two-factor authentication methods). You must immediately notify Omnilogin at admin@omnilogin.net of any unauthorized access or security breach.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may only maintain one personal Account. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent Service limitations, abuse free trials, or violate these Terms is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated Accounts.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Omnilogin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscription Plans
Omnilogin offers various Subscription plans (including a free tier) with different feature sets, browser profile limits, and team collaboration capabilities. The features and pricing for each plan are detailed on our pricing page at omnilogin.net. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove plans at any time.
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Omnilogin to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.
Price Changes
Omnilogin may adjust Subscription pricing from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your Subscription before the new price takes effect.
Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all taxes (including VAT) associated with your Subscription, as determined by your jurisdiction. For Users in Vietnam, VAT is applied in accordance with Vietnamese tax law.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through trusted third-party payment processors including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as available on our platform. Your financial information is processed securely by our payment partners and is never stored on Omnilogin servers.
5. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid Subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
- ✓First-time paid Subscription purchases within 14 days of the transaction date
- ✓The Account has not been terminated for violation of these Terms
- ✓The refund request is submitted via email to admin@omnilogin.net with your Account details
Refund Exceptions
- ✗Subscription renewals (auto-renewals are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee)
- ✗Plan upgrades or downgrades after the initial 14-day period
- ✗Accounts terminated due to violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
- ✗Add-on purchases (additional profiles, team seats) outside the initial Subscription
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Upon refund, your Subscription will be downgraded to the free plan immediately, and access to paid features will be revoked.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Omnilogin is a legitimate privacy protection and multi-account management tool designed for lawful business purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Vietnamese law (including the Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14) and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to:
- ✗Fraud & Deception: Engage in any form of fraud, identity theft, phishing, financial scams, or deceptive practices
- ✗Illegal Scraping: Scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites or platforms in violation of their terms of service or applicable law
- ✗Malware Distribution: Distribute, host, or facilitate the spread of viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software
- ✗Copyright Infringement: Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or display of copyrighted materials
- ✗Impersonation: Impersonate any person, business, or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- ✗Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Users' Accounts, Omnilogin systems, or any third-party systems
- ✗Spam & Abuse: Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other Users
- ✗Illegal Activities: Use the Service for any activity prohibited under Vietnamese law or the laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or trade in illegal goods
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without prior notice, and Omnilogin reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
Omnilogin's Intellectual Property
The Service, Software, and all associated intellectual property (including but not limited to source code, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary algorithms) are and remain the exclusive property of Omnilogin. These are protected by Vietnamese intellectual property law (Law on Intellectual Property No. 50/2005/QH11, as amended) and international copyright treaties. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active Subscription, Omnilogin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- ✗Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
- ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code
- ✗Sublicense, sell, resell, lease, or redistribute the Software to any third party
- ✗Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- ✗Use the Software to build a competing product or service
Your Content
You retain ownership of any Content you create through the Service (browser profiles, automation workflows, configurations). By using the Service, you grant Omnilogin a limited license to process your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
8. Service Availability & SLA
Uptime Commitment
Omnilogin strives to maintain 99.5% uptime for our cloud services (web dashboard, API, profile synchronization). We monitor our systems 24/7 and work to resolve any issues promptly. The desktop application operates independently of our servers for core browser functionality.
Scheduled Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability. Whenever possible, we will provide at least 48 hours' advance notice through our website, in-app notifications, or Telegram channels. Scheduled maintenance windows are not counted against our uptime commitment.
Downtime Compensation
In the event of unplanned service interruptions exceeding 24 consecutive hours, paid Subscription Users may request compensation in the form of Subscription extension. Compensation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident to admin@omnilogin.net.
Force Majeure
Omnilogin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, war, or civil unrest.
9. Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- No Indirect Damages: Omnilogin, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall Omnilogin's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount you have paid to Omnilogin in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These limitations apply regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnilogin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:
- •Your use or misuse of the Service
- •Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- •Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- •Any Content you create, store, or transmit through the Service
- •Any claim by a third party resulting from your activities using the Service
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your Account and these Terms.
11. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by canceling your Subscription through the web dashboard or by contacting admin@omnilogin.net. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your Account will be downgraded to the free plan.
Termination by Omnilogin
Omnilogin may suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) you engage in activities prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy; (c) your use poses a security risk to the Service or other Users; (d) required by law or a government order; or (e) your Account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Consequences of Termination
Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Software is immediately revoked; (b) you must uninstall and delete the Software from all devices; (c) your access to paid features ceases immediately (unless terminated by you, in which case access continues until the billing period ends); (d) Omnilogin may delete your Account data after a 30-day grace period.
Data Retention After Termination
After Account termination, Omnilogin will retain your data for 30 days to allow for Account recovery or data export requests. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by Vietnamese law (e.g., financial records retained for the period required by tax regulations).
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the following process:
Step 1: Negotiation
The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this by sending a written notice to admin@omnilogin.net describing the dispute and your proposed resolution. We will respond within 15 business days.
Step 2: Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Mediation costs shall be shared equally between the parties.
Step 3: Litigation
If mediation fails or is not pursued within 60 days, either party may bring the dispute before the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in accordance with the Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010 (No. 54/2010/QH12) and the Code of Civil Procedure 2015.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The following Vietnamese legislation is specifically applicable:
- •Civil Code 2015 (Law No. 91/2015/QH13)
- •Law on Electronic Transactions 2023 (Law No. 20/2023/QH15)
- •Law on Cybersecurity 2018 (Law No. 24/2018/QH14)
- •Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023 (Law No. 19/2023/QH15)
- •Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection
For international Users, where Vietnamese law conflicts with mandatory consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction, the more protective provision shall apply to the extent required by local law.
14. Changes to Terms
Omnilogin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before material changes take effect, through one or more of the following methods:
- •Email notification to the address associated with your Account
- •A prominent notice on our website at omnilogin.net
- •In-app notification within the Omnilogin Software
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to:
Proxy Partners
Omnilogin integrates with 100+ proxy service providers. These integrations are provided for your convenience. Omnilogin does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, quality, or practices of third-party proxy services. Your use of proxy services is subject to each provider's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Payment Gateways
Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers. Omnilogin does not store your credit card information or financial data. Payment transactions are governed by the respective payment processor's terms of service.
Other Integrations
The Service may offer integrations with automation platforms, cloud storage providers, and other third-party tools. Omnilogin is not responsible for the performance, security, or data practices of these third-party services. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use.
The inclusion of any third-party integration or link does not imply Omnilogin's endorsement or recommendation. You access and use third-party services at your own risk.
